5. Subscriptions & Plans
Fresvia offers several subscription options to match your usage level and licensing needs. All plans include high-quality multilingual voices and regular feature updates. The main differences are in monthly text limits, available features, and whether commercial use is permitted.
5.1 Plan Overview
You can check or upgrade your current plan anytime from your Account > Subscription page. Each plan is billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.

5.2 Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, open the Subscription page from the main menu and select the plan that fits your usage. Payment and renewal are handled securely through the Fresvia billing portal or Microsoft Marketplace if you subscribed there.
After upgrading, your new limits take effect immediately, and unused Free credits will carry over automatically.
5.3 Renewal & Cancellation
Plans renew automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date from your account page; your access remains active until the current period ends.
When cancelled, your data and generated files remain accessible for download during the remaining term.
5.4 Usage Limits and Fair Policy
Fresvia enforces fair-use limits to ensure stable service for all users. If your usage consistently exceeds the limits of your plan, you may be asked to upgrade or wait for the next cycle reset.
Usage resets monthly on your billing date. You can view your remaining character count at any time on the dashboard.
