Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fresvia (the “Service”), operated by ReceiptRoller Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Fresvia is a cloud-based text-to-speech (TTS) platform that allows users to input text and generate voice output in multiple languages and voices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Fresvia, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Access

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in through a supported identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fresvia for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Specifically, you must not: Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights. Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or related systems. Use Fresvia to produce or distribute misleading, malicious, or harmful content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text and other content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your input solely for generating speech output and maintaining the Service. Generated audio is provided for your use and may be subject to license restrictions depending on your plan (e.g., commercial vs. personal use). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with such restrictions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Fresvia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected and used. By using the Service, you agree to our data handling practices as outlined in that policy.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to certain features of Fresvia requires a paid subscription. All subscriptions and billing are managed exclusively through the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation options are governed by the marketplace’s terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms. Renewal, refund, and payment processing are handled by Microsoft. Please refer to your Microsoft account or the marketplace portal for details regarding your current plan, invoices, or subscription status.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily affect availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Fresvia, including software, design, and branding, belong to ReceiptRoller Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
